Benchmarks are intended to follow consistent, documented standards, and not to be adjusted to favour candidates, employers, agencies or Innovatrix's own recruitment work.
3. Privacy first
PayScope is designed to publish privacy-protected aggregate intelligence, not identifiable individual records or confidential commercial information.
4. Transparent data
Future results are planned to show sample size, coverage, collection period, last updated date and known limitations. Where evidence is insufficient, "Insufficient Data" is shown instead of an estimate.
PayScope aims to produce evidence-led intelligence. Confidential recruitment pricing, placement fees, client contracts and internal commercial margins are not intended to be used as public salary benchmarks.
